Midtown
Well, so what that 42nd might be a little too loud and too crowded place to live at. At least there is "Hell's Kitchen" around the corner, it like could be that it's the best place in the world for dumpster-diving.
And who said that tourists are irritating. I think, they are wonderful people to run into.
The room could be a bit smaller then I've ever had before - but I can reach everything with my hand w/o getting out of bed. Very convenient!
Other words. It's so awesome.
I love this crazyness.
Oh, forgot to mention friendly bus-drivers and nut-people.

The Rolling Stones - 1969 American Tour
Impressive - isn't it how history, along with the future is made. In the same time so realisitic, it's insane.
___
Says photographer Ethan Russell, "Mick Jagger was one of the first to understand that they were making more than music. This was performance and entertainment."
That enlightenment happened during the tour. ...oh, the sharp-minded creative medium..

"Pearls"
Jezebel wasn't born with a silver spoon in her mouth
She probably had less than every one of us
But when she knew how to walk she knew
How to bring the house down
She probably had less than every one of us
But when she knew how to walk she knew
How to bring the house down
Can't blame her for her beauty
She wins with her hands down
Jezebel, what a belle
Looks like a princess in her new dress
How did you get that
Do you really want to know, she said
.
It would seem she's on her way
It's more, more than just a dream
She put on her stockings and shoes
Had nothing to lose - she said it was worth it
Reach for the top
And the sun is gonna shine
Every winter was a war she said
I want to get what's mine
Jezebel Jezebel
It would seem she's on her way
It's more, more than just a dream
She put on her stockings and shoes
Had nothing to lose - she said it was worth it
Reach for the top
And the sun is gonna shine
Every winter was a war she said
I want to get what's mine
Jezebel Jezebel
Won't try to deny where she came from
You can see it in her pride
And the raven in her eyes
Try show her a better way
She'll say you don't know what you've been missing
And by the time she blinks you know she won't be listening
Reach for the top she said
And the sun is gonna shine
Every winter was a war she said
I want to get what's mine
Such a fucking sad song.
....not always rainbows and butterflies, huh?
